Today's Stop: Vienna, Austria, the home of classical music, and where the famous Wolfgang Mozart is from. Upon our arrival in Vienna, we were greeted with an awesome Walking Guide: Andrea, who was just so cute and had so much excitement and knowledge about her city. She had so much energy and pep to her tour, it was great. We walked around, to the Stephansdom which is a gothic cathedral, the Hofburg, which is where the former Imperial Palace stood. However now, Hofburg, is full of shops, cafes, museum, and the famous Spanish Riding School of Vienna. This school has these beautiful white stallions, which it is known for, and is very famous and popular throughout Europe. We were able to see where the school was, and the stables where they kept these beauties. We also saw the Schloss Schonbrunn Palace, which is the current Imperial Palace. We also saw Karlskirche and some other sights, as we continued on our tour.

Our tour guide also took us through a GORGEOUS garden, full of roses, of every color, along with many other flowers, called the Volksgarten. I mean it just had rows of flowers everywhere, and designs made with flowers. I had my own little photo shoot in the garden thanks to one of my buddies on the trip Alvin. Alvin is such a great photographer and has one of those great SLR cameras, so he took a couple pics of me there which turned out great!

Anyways, so after our tour, we were all famished, and decided to take a walk down by the market which our tour guide suggested we go to. She said that there are many varieties of cuisine there and we all were ready to get some food and have some choices so most of us headed over that way. You will never believe what we got.....ASIAN (thai/sushi) food, in Europe, which is the funnieset part of all. It was a bento box, with some sushi, and chicken, and noodles/rice. It was actually really good!!! It was such a great break from the pastas, paninis, and chicken we had been having half the time.
So after we ate, we decided to head back to the main square, as it was Gay Pride week in Vienna, and they had music, drag performers, and lots of booths and color abound, it was really just something fun for us all to do, while hanging out with each other! I headed over there with Alvix, Diya, Asa, Alissa, Lynley, and Yu Li, we had so much fun, dancing around with all the gay guys and gals, they're such a fun bunch of people! We pretty much hung out there till it was time to go home, and then we went back to the hostel and met back with the others and drank some wine and had some more fun.
